Spring and autumn are short, and the temperature is changeable in spring and decreases rapidly in fall. Winters are cool to cold, with average temperatures of 1 to 6 °C (34 to 43 °F) in January, while summers are hot and humid, with average temperatures of 24 to 30 °C (75 to 86 °F) in July.
