The US state of Hawaii is an island group located in the Pacific Ocean. It is the only U.S. state located outside North America. The state is made up entirely of a group of islands and is the northernmost island group in Polynesia. Map of Hawaii is the 43rd largest state of the country with an area of 10,931 square miles.
