What is The National Cuisine of Lebanon?

Lebanese foods are very popular and really tasty. Many Lebanese dishes can be found in Astoria. one famous dish is grape leaves also known as Dolma in Arabic.

This dish usually contains shavings of tomato, red pepper, onion, and stuffed with rice. Dolma is usually dipped with olive oil or is applied with lemon.

Red meat is eaten in the case where lamb is eaten in the coastal region and goat in the mountainous region. Meze, such as falafel, hummus, naan bread, pita bread, and afelia, is a type of appetizer. Main dishes usually include lamb like Kibbeh.
