Who is The Founder of India?

There is no single individual Founder of India India has developed gradually over the period of time. Indus valley civilization, Mauryan period, Gupta period, Mughal period, British era contribute to the development of India.

In the modern era, there is no single man who can claim that title but a group of people who can be considered as the founders of the Republic of India, there are namely: M K Gandhi, Nehru, B R Ambedkar, Gokhale (debatable, though controversial, Gokhale did some immense contribution to freedom movement according to me), Subhash Chandra Bose and countless freedom fighters (Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Prafulla Chandra Ray, Madam Cama, Dadabhai Norowji and others) who laid down their lives and sacrificed for the cause called the freedom of India.
