Who Is The Father of The Nation of Australia?

Sir Henry Parkes is often Considered as the “Father of Federation” in Australia. In the 19th century, he was the strongest proponent for a federation of Australian territories.

However, he died before Australia federated and was never able to see his plan come to fruition. Various other “Founders” of Australia have also been unofficially recognized: Captain Arthur Phillip, the first Governor of New South Wales and founder of the first British colony and Sir Edmund Barton, the first Australian Prime Minister.
