History Of The Flag
In the 18th century, The original Vietnam flags were adopted by Emperor Gia Long. This flag designed as a yellow banner with a red circle placed in the center. Japan occupied Vietnam in 1941–1945. The Japanese deposed the French colonial authorities and proclaimed an Empire of Vietnam with Bảo Đại as emperor In March 1945.
