What is The National Flag of Lebanon?

The Flag of Lebanon is a red and white striped flag with a green Lebanon Cedar. It Was Officially Adopted On December 7, 1943.

The Red stripes represent the blood that was shed to protect Lebanon from invaders and the white stripe represents peace and purity.

The Green Cedar tree in the center of the flag represents the cedar tree. The cedar tree has been the symbol of Lebanon for ages.

These trees are mentioned seventy-seven times in the Bible and they symbolize holiness, eternity, and peace. To the Lebanese, they are a symbol of hope, freedom, and memory.
