There is No Official National Poet in Lebanon. Unofficially Kahlil Gibran, Said Akl Consider As The National Poet of Lebanon.

With Lebanon’s history of war, social change and uprising it’s no surprise that a lot of writing and art has arisen from the strife.

Kahlil Gibran:– Khalil Gibran was a Lebanese writer, poet, and visual artist. Gibran is the third best-selling poet of all time, behind Shakespeare and Laozi.

Said Akl:- Said Akl was a Lebanese poet, philosopher, writer, playwright and language reformer. He was considered one of the most important modern Lebanese poets.
