National Assembly Building of Pakistan
The Parliament of Pakistan is the federal and Supreme legislative body of Pakistan. The Parliament of Pakistan is a bicameral federal legislature that consists of the Senate as the upper house and the National Assembly as lower houses. Because of his love of Mughal architecture
American architect Edward Durell Stone was commissioned by the Pakistan government to design three of Islamabad’s most important buildings: the seat of the President
the Parliament, and the Cabinet. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, his design ironically emphasizes horizontal alignment and is free from all traditional stylistic elements.
