Iranian cuisine can be cooked both traditional and modern style. Their cooking is very similar to Middle Eastern cooking and Persian cuisine. Some popular Iranian dishes include kebabs, ash (rice dish), and pilaf.
Iran’s cuisine also includes fruits such as apricots, plums, pomegranates, prunes, and raisins. A meal consisted of a green salad, a soup, and a meat, the common new dish was now chicken over rice, and to end themeal with a dessert and tea.
