What is The National Drink of England?

The British are the biggest tea drinkers in the world. It is estimated that consumption of tea is 22 times greater than that of the Americans and the French, and more than three times that of the Japanese.

Alongside beer, whisky, cider, and a range of other alcoholic and soft drink, wine is now served in almost all but the smallest rural pubs. Coffee is now as popular as tea just as wine is as popular as beer.
